We encourage trying assorted menu selections and sharing with your guests, as is a traditional custom of Spain. We specialize in hot & cold tapas (small plates), soups, salads, as well as larger entree size pastas and paellas (rice bowls), served with your choice of soft drinks, specialty coffees, herbal teas, European wines & beers, our very own sangria, midwest and local craft brews and a full bar. Don't forget to top it off with our homemade desserts selections.
We prepare your order from the freshest ingredients available. Our produce and meats are purchased from local certified organic farms when available. Some of the worlds best culinary spices, cheese and cured meats are imported to us from the provInces of Spain. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free items are available and indicated on our menu.
Seafood Program - We have changed our seafood program, we are purchasing from Three vendors, Gordon Food Service Fresh Seafood Program, Sea 2 table, and Norpac Fisheries all provide fish caught by fisherman who practice sustainable Fishing. We have since we opened purchased our scallops in this manner. We are now moving into the rest of the seafood we serve.
We are very excited to expand this program to include all seafood served in the restaurant.
